Welcome to PromptOne, a teleprompter and video recording app operated by the PromptOne team ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our App, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the App.
This App is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. Children should use the App under parental supervision. Our Privacy Policy (available in the App) is part of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide and maintain accurate account information. You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. We may automatically update the App to improve functionality or security.
You retain full ownership of the scripts you create or import and the videos you record. Because this content is stored only on your device and is not uploaded to us, we do not access it and we claim no license over it. You are solely responsible for your content, and you agree not to create, record, or import content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, or is offensive.
The App lets you import text from your own files (such as TXT, DOCX, and PDF). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you import and for complying with the terms of its original source. Imported files are processed only on your device.
The App and its content are owned by Recigen Team and protected by intellectual property laws.
We are constantly improving and supplementing our services. This means that we may add or remove features, products or functions or completely suspend or terminate the services. We may take any of these measures at any time. If we do, we will try to inform you in advance, but this will not always be possible.
The App is a tool to help you display scripts and record video on your device. You are responsible for backing up your scripts and recordings; we are not responsible for any loss of content stored on your device. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of any content you create, import, or record using the App.
